Julia Wright, MAS has been in the promotional products industry since 1993 and has earned her MAS certification. Master Advertising Specialist is the highest level of certification that is awarded by the Promotional Products Association International . She has helped all types of organizations – from large government offices to small start up businesses with their promotional product needs.
In recent years hybrid cars, Global Warming, and movies like An Inconvenient Truth made “Going Green” a household term. Julia has always been concerned about the environment but there weren’t many manufactures producing eco-friendly items until recently. With the birth of Julia’s second child in 2007 her commitment to help preserve our earth was recharged and she launched this comprehensive collection of eco-friendly promotional products.
At Wright Choice Promotions we know that everyone would like save the earth, but the reality is that not everyone can afford organic cotton. As much as I would like to run my home on solar panels & leave no footprints on the earth, it is not yet practical. But I can reduce, reuse and recycle. In the promotional products world – I can help you select an item that your target market will use, appreciate and keep for years. It is not wrong to have a plastic widget. It is however, wasteful to have 50 of the same plastic widget or routinely discard plastic widgets. We look forward to serving you.

Kat Rutherford - Director of Business Development
Kat Rutherford brings 15 years experience in sales account management coordinating regional and national accounts. Her experience includes coordinating integrated marketing and branding programs, commercial printing, web site development, design and programming. Kat has expertise in prepress, digital and offset printing, color management, paper terminology and logistics, sustainability and green marketing. About Our Policies - Social and Environmental Responsibility
Wright Choice Promotions requires that all of our suppliers complete and sign a “Social Responsibility Contract”. This contract allows us to provide you with the facts about our suppliers’ environmental and labor practices. All of our suppliers adhere to basic labor laws including: freely chosen employment, humane treatment, reasonable hours, non‐discrimination, freedom of association, fair wages and benefits, compliance with local and federal labor laws, and they require any manufacturers they contract with to comply with local labor laws.
Additionally, the contract ask our suppliers about their environmental practices ranging from reusing packing to eco-friendly printing practices. The contract includes questions about recycling practices, telecommunting, environmentally friendly office practices (reusing print cartridges, green cleaning products, compact flourescent lightbulbs, etc.) We do not require that each company complies with every environmentally responsible practice listed in the contract. However, an above average commitment to environmental responsibily is expected from all of our suppliers and absolute minimums are determined by WCP management on an individual basis.
It is also important to note that while we offer products manufactured outside of the United States, we work closely with all of our clients to offer preference to USA made items. Additionally, we utilize the WCP Social Responsibility Contract to ensure that products imported from outside of the US are manufactured in compliance with basic labor and environmental standards. In fact, several of our manufacturers send representatives overseas to these manufacturing facilities to audit the environmental and labor practices being utilized.
